Short version: Falkon Billing stores your business data locally on your device. We do not sell your data. Card payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We collect only what is necessary to run the service.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Your business data is stored locally on your device first. Cloud sync (when enabled) uses encrypted connections (TLS 1.3) to our servers hosted in the UAE / GCC region. Databases are encrypted at rest. We apply role-based access controls and conduct regular security reviews.

5. Payment Processing

All card payments are processed by our PCI-DSS certified payment partner. When a customer's card is charged through Falkon Billing, the card data is entered directly into a secure native payment sheet and never passes through our servers.

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or tax compliance purposes (typically 5 years in the UAE).

Falkon Billing is intended for use by businesses and adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Falkon Billing after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
